Do you print?

Currently, I provide only digital designs. Printing services may be available in the future. If you need guidance on printing, I’m happy to recommend trusted vendors.

What is your return/refund policy?

If the client cancels a project before significant work has begun, a refund of the deposit may be issued minus a 15% administrative fee. For cancellations after considerable work has started, refunds will be prorated based on the job completed. Significant work includes, but is not limited to, finished drafts, preliminary designs, and research conducted for the project. All completed projects are non-refundable. This policy ensures fairness and protects the time and effort invested in creating your custom designs.
